You will provide safe and enjoyable aquatic opportunities for the members through the provision of lifeguarding and instructional services. You will prevent injuries through education, instruction, and safety supervision of all swimmers. When appropriate, respond competently to both injuries and incidents. Answering inquiries, ensuring safe water quality, and maintaining a clean aquatic / change room area is all part of your customer oriented approach.
