  • Roast Chicken Breast with Lemon and Herb, Chicken in mushroom wine sauce,
  • Roast Turkey and Stuffing
  • Lemon Peppered Baked Haddock, Haddock Creole, Seafood au Gratin,
  • Beef Bourguignon, Roast Hip of Beef au jus
  • Orange and Ginger Glazed Roast Loin of Pork, Honey Glazed Ham

 

Salads

  • Tossed, Caesar, Greek, Three beans
  • Spinach, Potato, Asian noodle, Cole slaw
  • Annapolis apple crisp, fresh fruit Cobbler or Shortcake
  • Carrot cake, Lemon cream cake, Chocolate mousse Torte
